Like in most countries, thrilling child abuse and neglect cases are reported in Malaysia, often involving disastrous elements of disturbing injuries, sexual abuse or even death. Cases of child abuse go unreported due to lack of awareness by parents and society in general, leaving the victims suffering in silence.

A child is sexually molested when they are forced or swayed to take part in sexual activities. This doesn't have to be physical contact but it can be happen online. Sometimes the child won't understand what's happening to them. It may not even comprehend that it's wrong or they may be terrified to express out.

A group of students from School of Communication and Creative Arts (SCCA) has come up with a Body Safety Campaign idea using puppets to educate the children about the sexually abuse. The campaign aims to encourage the child not to be a sexual abuse campaign.

Game were created and played during the campaign. The Body Safety games to addressed the safety of the child for example; ‘what if stranger invites you to their house’.  The game more generally to make the child know the safety and making decisions.

The event kicked off from 8th March to 22nd March at SK Sri Petaling, SK Bukit Bintang and SK Petaling Jaya.
